Service Description

RepXD provides searchable access to Medicare provider utilization data, allowing medical device sales professionals to identify physicians based on procedure volumes and other criteria.

Data Accuracy

Provider data is sourced from publicly available CMS databases. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Data is provided "as-is" without warranties of completeness or accuracy
  • Medicare data reflects fee-for-service claims only and may not represent total practice volume
  • Provider information may be outdated; verify independently before taking action
  • Data is updated annually when CMS releases new datasets

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RepXD for legitimate business purposes only. You may not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk download data through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the data commercially
  • Use the service for harassment or unsolicited contact
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or usage limits
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if you're unsatisfied
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using the service.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

RepXD is not liable for business decisions made based on data provided through the service. Users are responsible for verifying information independently.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
